While working in other industries, I developed a passion for real estate; first with buying and selling family homes and later as an investor. During this time, I've had a number of great experiences with Realtors® and an equal number of bad ones. Over many transactions, I came to realize that the bad experiences were with agents that did not meet the demands of my family and I.
